In the 16th edition of Samvad on Saturday 29th September 2018 we talked about the human mind and the art of gaining control over it. Most of the times we let emotions run our life. Everyone does face mental/emotional problems at some point in their life. Recognizing this, the government of India has accepted Mental Health as essential part of overall healthcare, giving citizens the right to access emotional/mental health. We discussed our personal cases as well as what are the macro statistics related to the topic. Overall we understood how Mental Health is not just a personal issue but a Developmental matter.
