While evolving these values and practice we are aware that we fall short of the ideal and almost all of us are riddled with numerous contradictions in our individual and collective lives. We are also convinced that the these values will be meaningful when all of us together – inculcate them in a participatory and contributory manner. We therefore, aim to achieve that perfection at least collectively by counteracting, equi-poising, fulfilling and adapting one other, irrespective of any posts and positions whether as participants, team members – regular or temporary or management. All of us are responsible to create value based environment. We desire that all these principles that Olakh stands by are put into practice in our day to day life which creates an opportunities for collective strength and inspiration for us.
